What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the key resource for interpreting data and communicating results to the Strategic Global Sourcing (SGS) team
- Collaborate with third-party vendors and internal teams to enhance financial and operational performance
- Evaluate and implement process improvements to generate actionable market insights
- Conduct data mining and analysis of market data to develop insights on customers and competitors
- Support solutions for managing returns and ensuring compliance with vendor agreements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business analytics, sales, marketing, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 1 to 2 years of progressively responsible experience in a related field
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written
- Proficiency in SQL, Databricks, Microsoft Suite, SharePoint, Alteryx, PowerBI, and Salesforce
- Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with business intelligence tools and best practices
- Familiarity with Cencora's policies, programs, and services
