What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with various IAM departments to support the implementation and maintenance of IAM solutions
- Apply knowledge of IAM domains, including authentication, authorization, and user provisioning
- Assist with project planning, coordinating resources, and providing updates to stakeholders
- Identify IAM-related issues and propose solutions to enhance processes and security
- Develop and maintain IAM metrics and reports, providing regular updates on activities and compliance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3 years of experience in IAM or a related field
- Strong understanding of IAM concepts and technologies
- 4+ years of previous release and/or project management experience
- Familiarity with IAM tools like Active Directory, Azure AD, Okta, etc.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Ability to scope, plan, and manage cross-department projects using standard project management methodologies
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex technology assignments in a fast-paced environment
