What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements by engaging users and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and success criteria
- Develop and maintain requirement artifacts such as process flows, user stories, and functional specifications
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and support solution development for operational efficiency
- Communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences through presentations and documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this position
- Minimum of 3 years in business analysis, requirements gathering, or related roles
- Understanding of DoD or federal data standards and compliance requirements
- Strong background in Agile project delivery, including use of Jira or similar tools
- Proven ability to communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and leadership levels

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of data governance platforms (e.g., Collibra) and cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., Databricks)
- Hands-on experience with modern BI tools (e.g., Qlik, Power BI, Tableau) for data visualization
- Awareness of data access control best practices and familiarity with access control frameworks
