What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct financial and operational analysis to assess the performance of programs, services, and departments
- Assist in developing business plans for new programs and support strategic planning for existing departments
- Prepare concise and professional summaries of analyses and present findings to Senior Leadership
- Manage ad hoc projects related to financial, operational, and strategic planning
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure high-quality analytic and planning support
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance, healthcare management, healthcare consulting, and/or strategic planning
- Proficient in querying and manipulating large data sets while ensuring data integrity
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written
- Ability to manage multiple projects and respond effectively to time-sensitive issues
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with financial concepts and terminology
- Familiarity with analytic and decision support tools in the healthcare field
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization
- Experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences
- Knowledge of trends and developments in healthcare strategic planning
