      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and root cause analysis to recommend and implement new processes and solutions
      - Translate business requirements into testable User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios
      - Create detailed test plans, scenarios, and scripts to validate system functionality
      - Monitor UAT progress, eliminate obstacles, and provide recommendations for system improvements
      - Maintain a central repository of UAT documents, scripts, and materials

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant work experience
      - Minimum of four (4) years' experience in an operational or analytical role
      - Knowledge of the Healthcare industry and Healthcare claims processing in FACETS
      - Strong computer skills with Microsoft Office products including Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
      - Team player with strong analytical and interpersonal skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of Enrollment, provider contracting, and the employer's operating model
      - Familiarity with Project Management methodologies
      - Knowledge of ETL/SQL
