      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interpret business rules and prepare functional specifications for information systems
      - Develop and maintain various reports, including financial, management, and regulatory reports
      - Assist in enforcing product, reporting, and service controls, deadlines, and schedules
      - Define test conditions, create test plans, and conduct tests to ensure business requirements are met
      - Monitor performance of systems and reports, providing recommendations for enhancements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in business, computer science, healthcare, or related field; or Associate degree/IT certification with two (2) years of related experience; or High School diploma with four (4) years of related experience
      - Minimum of two (2) years of experience in an analytic role utilizing systems and data

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Five (5) years of experience in computer applications and/or database administration
      - Three (3) years of experience and knowledge of HMO, PPO, TPA, PHO, and Managed Care functions
      - Ability to apply accounting, mathematical, and statistical principles to tasks
      - Demonstrated ability to create, modify, and design SQL databases
