      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct research and root cause analysis for customer service-related issues
      - Develop forecasting tools and translate business requirements for IT support
      - Lead internal and external project workgroups and presentations
      - Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system implementations and enhancements
      - Identify process improvement opportunities and prepare materials for audits

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
      - Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in an operational or analytical role
      - Knowledge of the healthcare industry and project management methodologies
      - Proficiency in Excel strongly preferred
      - Must reside in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, or Delaware

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with Horizon Blue Cross Blue Shield products and services
      - Familiarity with operational plans and models within the healthcare sector
      - Previous experience in coaching or mentoring staff
