      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Evaluate data and insights from extensive data sets to enable data-driven decision-making
      - Support business initiatives through data analysis, implementation barrier identification, and project planning
      - Lead problem-solving and coordination efforts between various business units
      - Serve as a subject matter expert on assigned functions, products, or analytic domains
      - Provide guidance and support to junior analysts on processes and requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, statistics, mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred
      - Minimum of 4 years of experience in business process, data analysis, or requirements analysis
      - Experience in healthcare, analytics delivery, project management, or IT preferred
      - Familiarity with provider contracting, claims pricing, financial reporting/analysis, or data modeling preferred
      - Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in statistical modeling, data science, or geospatial/reimbursement analysis
      - Advanced analytical skills and proficiency in data visualization tools
      - Strong problem-solving abilities and experience with cross-functional collaboration
