What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform detailed analysis to support business initiatives and improve existing processes
- Identify user requirements and analyze problems to recommend business solutions
- Coordinate with various departments for the development and delivery of training programs
- Update departmental policies and procedures while serving as a subject matter expert
- Diagnose operational problems and identify opportunities for process improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 4 years of business process analysis experience in the healthcare industry or customer service/enrollment functions
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Excel and data analysis
- Experience managing projects with a high reliance on technology
- Ability to travel as needed
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of data integration and software enhancements/planning
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Experience in member enrollment processes
