What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Write specifications for new applications and enhancements to existing systems
- Analyze business procedures and workflows to recommend IT solutions
- Create and manage project requirements, tracking progress through reports
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders and software development teams
- Provide user support and conduct presentations and training sessions for various stakeholders
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as computer science or information technology
- One (1) year of professional experience in IT-related roles including analysis and troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of SDLC, PEGA, and Agile methodology
- Ability to analyze information needs and functional requirements effectively
- Must possess a valid driver's license in New Jersey if required for duties
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with system testing and user training
- Familiarity with project management and report tracking
- Knowledge of telecommunications facilities and services
- Background in working with governmental entities or court systems
- Master’s Degree in a relevant field may substitute for required education
