      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, operations, and claims teams to gather and document requirements
      - Translate ambiguous business objectives into structured requirements for engineering and analytics teams
      - Create technical specifications, workflows, and user guides for self-developed data and analytics solutions
      - Participate in sprint planning, MVP scoping, and backlog grooming for platform development
      - Assist with testing and training during rollouts of new features or platform capabilities

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
      - At least 3 years of business analysis experience, preferably within the property and casualty insurance industry
      - Basic understanding of technical topics such as software development, data engineering, and model deployment
      - Proven ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and documentation
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills, particularly with non-technical users

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience within the property and casualty insurance sector focusing on data, pricing, underwriting, or analytics
      - Familiarity with rating-related solutions such as pricing tools and rating engines
      - High familiarity with software development, data engineering, and related technical topics
      - Exposure to rater governance and renewal rate monitoring processes
