      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Operationalize data governance by embedding best practices into project workflows and daily operations
      - Partner with project teams to ensure alignment with data governance standards and policies
      - Assist in the implementation and maintenance of governance technologies and platforms
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to maintain accurate and accessible metadata across systems
      - Conduct data analysis to support reference data harmonization and identify inconsistencies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management of Information Systems, or related field
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in data analysis and translating business requirements into descriptive metadata
      - Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance and/or reinsurance industry
      - Basic to intermediate SQL or querying skills for data validation and analysis
      - Knowledge of data governance frameworks and principles, including MDM/RDM and data quality management

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Minimum 2 years of experience or knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data quality principles
      - Experience with data catalog platforms such as Collibra, Informatica Axon, or Alation
      - Familiarity with data-related regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) and compliance requirements
      - Exposure to reporting platforms like PowerBI and data visualization tools
      - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in dynamic environments
