Location: Remote must reside in any KP region (California, Oregon, Washington, Hawaii, Colorado, Georgia, Maryland, Virginia or Washington DC)
Department Description: Remittance Processing -- Membership Administration
Our team is responsible for aligning all the payments received for Premium Dues within Kaiser for all regions and all platforms. They are the Our Remittance team is greatly affected by the deployments into ORMB (Oracle Membership and Billing). Processing premium dues for membership administration from group, Medicare, Medicaid, and individual and family customers.
Project Description: We are looking for an individual to utilize Data Analysis, Inference generation, Root Cause Analysis and Process Automation skills. We have several manual processes and we need someone with some Power Automate skills to help with automation.
Desired Majors: Business Administration, Finance & Accounting, Math/Statistics, Data Science
Preferred Skillsets: Quantitative Science & Technology - familiarity with Office 365, automation topics such as Generative AI.
