What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and development teams to gather and validate business and system requirements
- Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and workflows to define functional and technical requirements
- Develop Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among teams
- Analyze data to identify patterns, extract insights, and ensure data accuracy
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- Proven experience in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working on cloud-based applications
- Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
- Industry certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile/Scrum certifications
- Background in enterprise software implementation or system integrations
