      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders
      - Analyze and map business processes to identify areas for improvement
      - Collaborate with IT and development teams to implement system changes and enhancements
      - Support finance teams with government accounting processes, ensuring compliance
      - Conduct regular system audits to maintain data integrity

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, or a related field
      - 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally with JD Edwards ERP
      - Strong understanding of ERP systems and business workflows
      - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
      - Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and related tools

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with JD Edwards EnterpriseOne
      - Knowledge of SQL and database management
      - Familiarity with system integration and data migration
      - Certification in Business Analysis or a related field
      - Experience with Power BI to create reports
