Role Type -Business AnalystUnderstand business needs and propose solutions.Requirements Gather, document, and manage business requirements.Analyze and optimize business processes.Support the implementation of new systems or processes.Understand what stakeholders need from a system or project.Create Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Functional Specifications, Use Cases, etc.Maintain clear and updated documentation throughout the project.Act as a point of contact for all parties involved.Translate business needs into technical language and vice versa.Analyze trends, KPIs, and performance data.Use data to inform business decisions.Evaluate potential solutions.Ensure the chosen solution aligns with business goals.Identify areas for process improvement.Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).Validate that solutions meet requirements.
Salary Range- $120,000- $165,000 a year#LI-NR3
