      Key responsibilities

      · Identify and engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders to establish strong relationships and drive new business initiatives.

      · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, safety, training and operations planning, to develop tailored solutions that meet customer’s needs.

      · Track and analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify areas for strategic advantage.

      · Prepare compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to potential clients and partners.

      · Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of business development strategies, adjusting as necessary to ensure optimal results.

      · Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.

      · Provide regular reports and updates key stakeholders on business development activities, pipeline, and progress towards targets.

      · Analyze and forecast revenue and strategic business trends and report findings to senior management.

      · Analyze adjustments that are required to keep the company profitable and communicate to different stakeholders.

      Qualifications and minimum requirements

      · Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.\

      · Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and presentation skills.

      · Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency in excel.

      · Previous service or operational experience required.

      · Cross utilized experience (Above the Wing/Below the Wing) required.

      · Previous supervisory experience required.

      · Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field

      · Travel varies and can be of up to 20%

      Compensation Information: Base salary range: $52,000 - $66,568 (L6) annually
