- Analyze supply chain processes and architecture to recommend courses of action for integration of Supply Chains and improvement of processes.
- Provide change management support to the government customer to integrate and improve supply chains.
- Apply knowledge of laws, policies, regulations and precedents applicable to logistics planning and program execution/sustainment.
- Develop recommendations for changes to Marine Corps policy that integrate and improve supply chains.
- Develop briefings, documents, and other communications related supply chain integration and improvement.
- Facilitate meetings or conferences for integration and improvement in supply chains.
- Possess 7 years of successful Reparable/Consumable Management experience at Marine Corps activities in the facilitation and operational planning skills.
- Possess documented successful Business Analyst experience managing SECREP support programs.
- Possess successful Marine Corps supply experience as it relates to wholesale and retail SECREP management.
- Possess expert communication and facilitation skills at all levels.
- Possess proven ability to deliver complex support requirements in meeting SECREP program challenges on time and within budget.
- Possess strong experience in operating effectively in challenging operational and fiscal environments.
- Proven capabilities to adjust to and train personnel on newly designed systems required for better enhancement of supply/fiscal operations that may be similar to legacy systems as comparable to:
- SABRS
- SMARTS
- GCSS-MC
- Travel may be required at least two weeks per year.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
- Ability to multi-task and employ problem-solving skills.
- Warehouse technicians may require forklift certification and minimum sin-shop license

LOCATION: Albany, GA (MCLB Albany)
JOB DESCRIPTION: Sehlke Consulting is currently seeking qualified candidates that will lead a team of subject matter experts located in Albany, GA in conjunction with Marine Corps Logistics Command Supply Chain Management Center’s mission of strategic logistics services planning to accomplish the continued logistical support mission to enhance Fleet Marine Force readiness and sustainability objectives. Experience that equipped the applicant with a high level of knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position, and that is typically in or related to the work of Lead Business Analyst regarding Integration. Experience should demonstrate:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of a four (4) year course of study in a relevant field leading to a bachelor’s degree, or a combination of successfully completed post-high school education and/or training experiences that meet the total qualification requirements for this position level.
