      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the collection and management of mission user needs from concept development to feature writing
      - Develop requirements to improve tools and streamline processes for enhanced efficiency
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to decompose large epics into features and user stories
      - Facilitate planning sessions to ensure clarity and understanding of planned work
      - Assist in the use of JIRA and Salesforce applications for tracking and reporting work progress

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
      - Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and its application to complex processes
      - Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
      - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred
