      Job Description: A Mid-level Business Analyst typically plays a key role in analyzing and documenting business processes and requirements for projects within an organization. Responsibilities may include:
      Gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders.
      Analyzing and documenting current business processes and workflows.
      Developing and maintaining business process models and documentation.
      Developing functional and technical specifications for system enhancements or new systems.
      Facilitating meetings and workshops to gather requirements and provide updates on project progress.
      Identifying and documenting project risks and issues.
      Collaborating with stakeholders to prioritize requirements and define project scope.
      Supporting the development and testing of new systems or enhancements.
      Providing training and support to users during system implementation and post-implementation.
      Participating in the evaluation and selection of software and systems.
      A Mid-level Business Analyst should have strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. They should be able to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
