What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Facilitate discovery sessions and requirements assessments with stakeholders
- Produce business requirements documents, product backlogs, process flows, and user flows based on client needs
- Collaborate with the Project Manager/Scrum Lead to drive Agile ceremonies and manage client communications
- Develop system architecture diagrams for eCommerce integrations
- Utilize tools like Lucid and Miro to create architecture and process-oriented diagrams
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in product development
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and practices
- Hands-on experience with eCommerce platforms, specifically Shopify
- Ability to create detailed business requirements documents and user flows
- Proficient in using Agile issue trackers such as JIRA or Trello
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
- CSPO or Certified SAFe Agilist certifications
- Familiarity with Shopify POS and related eCommerce tools
- Strong analytical skills to understand client needs and drive improvements
- Experience in facilitating Agile ceremonies
