What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand business needs, processes, and workflows related to the DOIS project.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and technical teams to gather and define detailed functional and non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and development teams, managing user stories and ensuring timely delivery of value-driven solutions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including business requirements documents, process flows, and use case scenarios.
- Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team.
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related fields preferred; or an additional 4 years of relevant work experience if no degree.
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis and Agile Scrum Management, preferably in an IT environment.
- Familiarity with AI tools, particularly GitHub Copilot.
- Strong understanding of legacy system modernization and cloud technologies (AWS).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a USPS environment or similar large-scale federal IT projects.
- Experience with Version One Agile Lifecycle Management Tool.
