What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct thorough analyses of business processes, systems, and data to identify areas for improvement and optimization
- Create detailed diagrams using visual modeling tools to support business analysis and system design
- Lead capability definition and gap analysis sessions to assess current business processes and resources
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and prioritize business requirements
- Develop comprehensive business requirement documents and functional requirement documents to articulate business needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and analyze complex data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques, such as process modeling and data analysis
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- CBAP or similar IIBA approved certification
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies
- Experience in ambiguous and complex business functions
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and best practices
- Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
