What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify client-defined configuration requirements and produce Functional/Target Configuration Specifications
- Configure the application to agreed specifications and assist with the initial roll-out
- Deliver initial client training and provide implementation support
- Facilitate user feedback sessions to identify issues and clarify feature requests
- Manage client and stakeholder expectations throughout the product lifecycle
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in a client-facing Business Analyst / Implementation Consultant role within software or information services
- Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical, requirements gathering, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in SQL and HTML, with hands-on experience migrating clients from legacy systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience of Agile delivery practices, including Scrum/Kanban
- Familiarity with financial compliance and regulatory regimes (e.g., SEC/FINRA/FCA/SMCR)
- Experience defining or supporting software in the financial services industry
- Proven ability to collaborate across time zones
- Previous project management experience
