      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Analyze and document business processes related to health data exchange workflows, ensuring compliance with industry standards
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to define and refine business requirements for interoperability and secure messaging systems
      - Develop detailed functional and non-functional requirements for healthcare data integration
      - Facilitate stakeholder meetings, document discussions, and track action items to ensure smooth project execution
      - Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test scenarios and validating that implemented solutions meet business requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, focusing on healthcare interoperability and data exchange
      - At least 3 years in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe)
      - Strong knowledge of healthcare interoperability standards, including HL7 and FHIR
      - Proven ability to collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
      - Bachelor's degree required with a minimum of 7-9 years of experience in business analysis

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certification in healthcare IT standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) or business analysis methodologies (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA)
      - Hands-on experience with healthcare data exchange processes and workflows
      - Familiarity with SQL and database queries for healthcare data analysis
      - Exposure to business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
