What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process accounts in the Self Pay accounts receivable department, ensuring timely resolutions for patient accounts
- Collaborate with Patient Services peers and leadership to resolve payment issues
- Mentor and conduct educational sessions for peers and leaders on managing receivables
- Continuously develop skills with Epic and desktop tools to manage projects effectively
- Maintain excellent communication with peers, patients, leaders, and other departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of prior Revenue Cycle experience or relevant responsibilities and duties
- Strong advocacy skills and a positive outlook aligned with the organization's mission
- Ability to learn workflows, policies, and procedures for accurate processing
- Excellent communication skills for effective partnership and collaboration

- Experience in a healthcare environment, particularly in revenue cycle operations
- Familiarity with data analytics tools and processes
