What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards to monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity
- Develop and manage Alteryx workflows for data preparation, cleansing, and validation
- Ensure accuracy and compliance of all CRA-related data sources
- Support preparation of quarterly and annual CRA regulatory submissions for examiner review
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate regulatory requirements into clear insights
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics, or
- High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
- Proficiency in programming and software including Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, SQL, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team

- Advanced business analytics and computer software skills
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets
- Ability to handle ad hoc requests under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
