      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Collaborate with agile teams and Product Owners to define and document acceptance criteria
      - Guide stakeholders in the development of Business Requirements and work with development teams on functional specifications
      - Ensure user stories are comprehensive and aligned with business requirements
      - Lead the creation of user acceptance testing plans and coordinate execution efforts
      - Assist in production support processes through triage and root cause analysis

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree preferred or a relevant three (3) years' work experience
      - Minimum of 2+ years' experience working as part of an agile team
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - Knowledge of Agile Development Methodologies and practical experience with Azure DevOps
      - Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

      - Prior experience working with clients and producers in the insurance industry
      - Proven ability to demonstrate planning and project management skills

      - Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in a fast-paced environment
