What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform maintenance functions for the Criminal Division's PbK database, including programming reports and updating user profiles
- Provide customer support for PbK software, assisting end-users and responding to service requests
- Develop and execute training plans and materials for PbK software users
- Create and modify the Division's intranet (SharePoint) webpage
- Assist Division personnel by developing presentation materials and facilitating training sessions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in database/software administration or equivalent experience
- Valid Arizona Driver's License with consent for driving record checks
- Strong customer service skills and excellent interpersonal communication abilities
- Knowledge of quality assurance and testing tools, as well as user testing processes
- Ability to develop and write technical documentation, such as training manuals

- Associate's degree in a relevant field
