What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct research and analysis of business processes and system requirements
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, facilitating sessions with stakeholders
- Complete testing activities, including developing test cases and documenting outcomes
- Participate in project management activities, including developing project plans and managing tasks
- Identify issues and trends in existing applications, delivering presentations and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree OR 5 years of experience in business analysis or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of programs administered by the Division of Benefits and Medical Eligibility (DBME)
- Familiarity with Agile framework
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively under pressure
- Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with SNAP, TANF, and Medical Assistance (MA) systems
- Familiarity with the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK)
- Proven problem-solving and resolution skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in developing and executing testing activities
