What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with multi-functional business units and IT teams to document project objectives, scope, and requirements
- Coordinate vendor evaluations and support vendor negotiations and deliverable tracking
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders
- Lead project team meetings, creating and distributing agendas and notes
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the PMO
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum three years of Business Analyst experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or five years of Business Analyst experience
- Experience with Agile/SCRUM and waterfall methodologies, with an understanding of SDLC concepts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with client-facing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software such as MS Project
