What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings with various stakeholder groups, including healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies
- Gather and document critical information from stakeholders to support healthcare and life sciences projects
- Perform detailed data analysis to support business decisions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations
- Track and report on remediation progress, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including clinical, regulatory, and IT departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 7-9 years of relevant experience in the healthcare and life sciences industry
- Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with healthcare professionals and regulatory bodies
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex data sets, particularly in healthcare and life sciences
- Strong organizational and time management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Scrum Master certification (nice-to-have, but not mandatory)
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA, FDA)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field
