What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and document current and future state business functions and requirements using Agile methods
- Consult with management and personnel to define and document operational procedures, problems, and needs
- Perform business and technical analysis to support project design and implementation
- Build and manage the product backlog, creating user stories based on requirements
- Participate in team meetings and design sessions as part of Scrum ceremonies
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Business Analysis, including documentation of business functions and requirements
- At least two (2) years of experience in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven experience in creating requirements documentation for complex projects
- Ability to analyze the integration of business functions with technology
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in communication management with multiple stakeholder groups
- Skills in balancing and prioritizing stakeholder needs and requirements
- Experience in eliciting stakeholder feedback from user interface prototypes
- Business Analysis certifications such as PMI-PBA or CBAP
- Experience in creating operating procedures, user guides, and training materials
