What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Optimize transportation and small parcel performance through trend analysis
- Collaborate with client contacts and finance staff for accurate billing and pricing support
- Maintain documentation of procedures and client preferences related to parcel management
- Conduct comparative carrier analysis and analyze shipment metrics across services
- Develop and enhance reports based on business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Undergraduate degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analytics or transportation, preferably in 3PL logistics
- Advanced proficiency in TMS products, Tableau software, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities
- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and time management
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in small-parcel mapping and understanding of transportation/3PL logistics
- Familiarity with developing and adhering to standard operating procedures
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret contracts and respond to inquiries effectively
