      One of our companies is currently looking for a Business Analyst in Massachusetts.

      We are seeking a detail-oriented Business Analyst to support cross-functional software development projects and drive product improvement. In this role, you will collaborate with product owners, developers, and technical leads to document business requirements, define use cases, and ensure solutions meet stakeholder needs. You will participate in agile ceremonies, support backlog management, and contribute to functional roadmaps that improve end-user experiences. This is a great opportunity for an experienced professional who excels in translating complex business processes into actionable features.

      Accountabilities:
      • Facilitate and document functional workflows, epics, and user stories
      • Partner with Product Owners to gather, prioritize, and refine business requirements
      • Collaborate with developers and technical leads to communicate project goals and acceptance criteria
      • Translate business processes into functional specifications and design documents
      • Participate in agile team activities, including daily stand-ups and sprint planning
      • Support backlog grooming, feature prioritization, and release planning
      • Provide insights and improvement ideas for enhancing customer solutions

      Requirements
      • Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of Business Analyst experience, ideally in healthcare or transplant domains
      • Skilled in writing BRDs, SRDs, use cases, and functional specifications
      • Experience with use case mapping, activity diagrams, and user interface design
      • Familiar with Agile methodologies, SDLC, and business process reengineering
      • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
      • Experience with web/mobile applications and creating functional roadmaps
      • Prior experience in the transplant industry or with consulting firms is a plus
