What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead requirements-gathering sessions including workshops, interviews, and document analysis to capture detailed business needs
- Translate system and business requirements into epics, features, and user stories
- Write UAT test scripts and support UAT testing efforts
- Identify and document project risks and develop mitigation plans
- Prepare clear and concise project documentation and communications
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven business systems analyst experience on medium to large projects
- Strong understanding of data modeling, data mapping, and data integration techniques
- Proficient in writing and executing UAT test scripts
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, VISIO, Draw.io, Azure DevOps (ADO), JIRA, and Confluence
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience contributing to data modernization initiatives in Azure
- Familiarity with Microsoft data engineering tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks
- Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI
- Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking abilities
