      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review current workflows for Leasehold Excise Tax (LET) and monthly excise tax filings
      - Identify data sources such as lease agreements, financial systems, and ERP
      - Design an automated solution for extracting, reconciling, and calculating LET
      - Develop automation scripts, APIs, or RPA bots for generating and validating tax returns
      - Train internal staff on system use, maintenance, and troubleshooting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong analytical skills
      - Proficiency in SQL, SOP, Pivot tables, PowerBi, Alteryx, Oracle Fusion, VBA's, and excise tax analysis
      - Expertise in automation tools such as Alteryx, Power Automate, and Python
      - Proficiency with complex accounting systems, including general ledger and accounts payable
      - Knowledge of broad-based accounting, especially Washington State taxes

      - Strong data analytical skills of interrelationships and interdependencies between system tables, modules, and integrated systems
