What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and direct the ongoing development of applications critical to business productivity and client management
- Collaborate with teams to provide estimates and timelines for application migration
- Identify and define migration requirements related to the overall integration program
- Manage deliverables required for the integration program and communicate business impacts of application migration
- Provide weekly executive summaries to stakeholders and maintain relationships with project teams and corporate business/IT functional areas

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience in application migration and/or integration
- Proficiency in application development, modification, and maintenance
- Ability to document application workflows, dependencies, and processes
- Experience with cloud applications
- Familiarity with direct/employee benefits and products preferred

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Demonstrated fluency in product knowledge related to application integration
- Previous experience working with benefits-related applications
- Strong communication skills to articulate business impacts of technology changes
- Experience in a fast-paced, collaborative work environment
