      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop, distribute, and support Data Warehouse Reporting for the district office and contract agencies
      - Write and edit user training guides, manuals, and related documentation
      - Provide technical support and analysis for the CONNECTIONS / CCWIS project
      - Analyze management strategies and their effects on organizational operations
      - Prepare ad hoc reports and write queries for customers and project teams using Advanced MS Excel, Access, and SQL tools

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 84 months of experience in a Health and Human Services or Child Welfare environment supporting SACWIS based systems
      - 84 months of experience analyzing applications and working with relational databases such as Oracle and SQL
      - 60 months of experience providing training or technical assistance in a human services context
      - 60 months of experience designing and developing strategies and reports for SACWIS / CCWIS related Data Warehouses
      - Bachelor's Degree

      - 60 months of experience interpreting regulations governing child welfare practices and program outcomes
