  · Support Business Program Managers as required and communicate between business and other stakeholders, support team and technology teams
  · Create Value stream analysis, Process Mapping and Procedure manual of the process for future reference
  · Execute statistical analysis like Cost Benefit Analysis, Stratification, Regression, Pareto, Cause and Effect matrix and FMEA
  · Independently execute Process engineering and Value delivery through process optimization projects
  · Identify additional business opportunities and requirements gathering and analysis
