What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and design business processes and systems, assessing the integration with technology and business models
- Gather and synthesize information to define current and future state business solutions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify customer requirements and provide strategic recommendations
- Lead the development of reports based on research findings to support business solutions
- Drive the integration of AIOps strategies into business processes for enhanced decision-making and operational efficiency
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on AIOps and data analysis
- Advanced proficiency in Artificial Intelligence for IT Operations (AIOps) and ServiceNow platform
- Strong experience in data analysis and interpretation to drive business decisions and solutions
- Ability to stay updated on industry trends and technologies
