      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Complete a broad range of analytic, planning, benchmarking, and operational support activities for senior leadership
      - Support data analytic needs related to surgical profitability, including cost reduction and efficiency improvements
      - Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to identify financial opportunities and enhance service line growth strategies
      - Prepare and present concise summaries of analyses and plans for executive leadership
      - Manage ad hoc projects related to business and financial planning in collaboration with various teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in finance, financial analytics, data analytics, or operations management
      - At least 3 years of progressive experience in financial analytics or data analytics within a healthcare environment
      - Strong technical knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis
      - Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in tools such as Tableau and advanced Excel functions
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in a health system, hospital, or similar medical center environment
      - Comfortable with querying and manipulating large datasets and ensuring data integrity
      - Ability to work independently and collaboratively across a complex organization
      - Experience in project management and educational resource development
      - Familiarity with current trends in healthcare analytics and decision support tools
