What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Direct the research, collection, and interpretation of business requirements for various projects
- Provide consultation to clients regarding business designs and problem-solving
- Independently identify and obtain necessary business requirements to improve processes
- Translate business needs into structured Agile user stories for the development team
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technology teams on business requirements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant professional experience
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with business processes and data analytics
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of commercial operations platforms such as ACBS, ACLS, or CLASS
- Experience in business assessment and consulting
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and user story creation
- Skills in management reporting and prioritization
- Understanding of the Waterfall model in project management
