      As a Business Analyst - SuccessFactors Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our human capital management processes by leveraging the capabilities of SuccessFactors. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze system functionalities, and implement solutions that align with organizational goals.


      The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our HR processes and drive efficiency in talent management. You will Join our Talent Journey team which is part of the Digital people experience and communication structure and you will be a key player in driving the success of our organization through the effective utilization of SuccessFactors capabilities.


      You will be able to engage in other initiatives related to implementation or enhancement of different SuccessFactors modules to enhance your knowledge of those areas as part of your development plan.
      You can be based in one of our offices in Gothenburg, Stockholm or Lund.


      What you’ll do


      You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements related to SuccessFactors modules, with primary focus on Succession module and further involvement in Learning Management System (LMS), Performance & Goal Management (PMGM), and Compensation.


      You will collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications and ensure successful system configurations. Moreover, you provide expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SuccessFactors modules, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


      Development and delivering of training programs to end-users, and support ongoing user adoption of SuccessFactors functionalities is another area in which you will be involved.


      To accomplish all above tasks, you need to stay current with SuccessFactors updates and industry best practices, recommending and implementing improvements to existing processes.


      What you’ll bring


      We believe you hold a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or a related field and have proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SuccessFactors modules, primarily the Succession module.


      You need to have a technical background in SuccessFactors configuration and customization and excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Your ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is key to succeed in this role.


      Experience and knowledge in LMS, PMGM, and Compensation modules as well as familiarity with Fieldglass or Recruitment and Onboarding modules in SuccessFactors is a clear advantage. Furthermore, any relevant SuccessFactors certifications will be considered as beneficial for this role.
