What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external customers to gather and communicate business requirements
- Develop functional specifications and documentation for system enhancements and workflow changes
- Coordinate with developers and quality assurance teams to test processes and ensure user acceptance
- Analyze current workflows to identify opportunities for improvement in accuracy, speed, and customer experience
- Assist with project planning, execution, and closure of organizational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management and revenue recognition
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical teams and business users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 3 years of experience in OTC processes and applications in healthcare
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Proficiency in ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel
