What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external customers to facilitate communication
- Gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Coordinate testing processes with developers and quality assurance teams to ensure functionality
- Conduct data analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance
- Assist with project planning and execution of organizational initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management and billing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams and business users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Previous experience with ServiceNow Agile and Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements
