What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external customers to ensure effective communication of requirements
- Conduct needs assessments and gather business requirements to inform project planning
- Collaborate with developers and quality assurance teams to test processes and ensure user acceptance
- Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for improvement in accuracy and customer experience
- Develop and maintain documentation for business processes, system configurations, and training materials
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Strong understanding of Order-to-Cash processes, including order management and billing
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field
- Familiarity with healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Experience with ServiceNow Agile and Jira
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement
- Ability to work independently while collaborating in a team environment
