What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as a liaison between development teams and internal/external customers to ensure alignment on business requirements
- Gather and document business requirements, functional specifications, and process maps
- Coordinate testing processes with developers and users to ensure functionality and user acceptance
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement in performance, particularly in Order-to-Cash processes
- Assist in the planning and execution of organizational initiatives and system enhancements
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3+ years of experience as a business analyst, preferably in the healthcare industry
- 3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash processes and applications in healthcare
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, MIS, or a related field
- Strong understanding of healthcare applications, SQL, and project management methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business users
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience working in Agile project management methodologies
- Familiarity with ServiceNow Agile, Jira, and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement
