What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design reports, dashboards, and Business Intelligence tools to provide insights into key data points
- Conduct research and analyses to evaluate business and industry performance and propose actionable solutions
- Advise on system improvements, workflows, and reporting by gathering requirements from end-users
- Equip and educate stakeholders with data and analysis for informed decision-making
- Serve as a liaison across the organization to communicate financial and operational impacts of changes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in statistics, business, finance, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience or training in process optimization, analytical consulting, data reporting, and analysis
- Highly developed Microsoft Suite skills and experience with Business Intelligence software
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical and financial analysis
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Knowledge of or experience with XML, SQL, VBA
- Ability to summarize complex information for diverse audiences
- Experience in a managed care, health care, human services, insurance, or non-profit agency setting
- Understanding of the Family Care program
