      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the collection and management of user needs, from concept development to feature writing
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to break down large epics into manageable features and user stories
      - Facilitate planning sessions to ensure clarity and understanding of planned work
      - Manage administrative functions in Salesforce, including user accounts and workflows
      - Develop and execute test plans, including data validation, functional, and usability testing

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience as a business analyst for the federal government
      - Functional knowledge of Salesforce.com data structure and its application in complex processes
      - Eligible to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
      - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Experience with Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Certified Scrum Master certification is preferred
